very nice location friendly staff historical building small room missing tissues poor soundproofing

the location was very nice.. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff were always ready to help and very friendly. the building itself had so much character, it was like i was staying in a beautifully restored piece of history.

my room was quite small, a bit difficult to move around comfortably. there were no tissues available in the room, a minor inconvenience. the soundproofing wasn't great, i could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

A Gem in the City Center

cute staff detailed direction rooftop restaurant central location

I found the staff cute. They provided maps and detailed directions. The rooftop restaurant offered a lovely view at breakfast. I also appreciated the hotel's central location, close to key attractions.

I did notice a slight issue with soundproofing in my room.

The hotel features a café on the 5th floor. Offering mosque views. There are many photo opportunities. Available to guests. It is a convenient spot for relaxation and enjoying the scenery, it seemed.

My room was spacious. Enough for a family. The room was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. It helped with a good night's rest. We loved it.

The hotel is smack in the middle of Spice Bazaar. Just two minutes from the Eminonu-Sirkeci station. This location made moving around the area very convenient. It's really an excellent base for exploration.

mixed feelings about this stay

small room limited breakfast

the room i got was a bit of a letdown , to be honest. the photos online showed something much grander , but i ended up in a smaller space , with a view that mostly consisted of a wall. also , the breakfast had a decent spread , but warm food choices were quite limited.

My room was spacious and clean. the location was great. I could walk everywhere i wanted to go and the metro was also nearby! the hotel smells very nice, and it was warm throughout the hotel.

the in-room safe was slightly difficult to program.

the room included a safe for valuables i also found the air conditioning unit effective the breakfast offered a diverse selection of items each morning fresh fruits and local pastries were available

the lift was occasionally slow during peak hours this resulted in minor delays

mixed feelings about my stay

small room constant noise

the staff was great.

The room was quite small and lacked space for luggage. I ended up living out of my suitcase. also, the noise from the nearby market was constant. It made relaxing in the room difficult. the breakfast selection, while varied, didn't impress me much either.
